Pink Forever Friends

So I get all of this time off with no school or uni and what happens? My crafty mojo ups and leaves!!! A whole week of sitting staring at my craft stash and not having a clue what to do with it.

So I decided to do a bit of tidying/sorting and came across a Forever Friends Pink Parfait Decoupage pack that I hadn't even opened! So I forced myself to sit down and make a card with it and three days later I managed lol! I think using the fab sketch over at Cupcake Crafts Challenge helped quite a bit!


I'm quite impressed with myself lol!

A close up of the cute FF bear. Boy was that umbrella difficult to glue!

The gorgeous flower from 'I am Roses', its actually two flowers attached together with the pretty brad, which papermania have stopped making grrrrr!

What I used:
Decoupaged images, paper and greeting from the Forever Friends Pink Parfait pack
6" by 6" card blank
Crystal Stickles
Flowers from stash
Papermania pearl brad
Pink dew drops

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
Cupcake Craft Challenges - sketch
Crafty Creations - sparkle and bling (I couldn't resist adding stickles to the water and backing paper)

On another note can anyone recommend a half decent paper trimmer/cutter?
Ive been using a super market paper trimmer and its defo on its way out lol. I've been meaning to buy another one since Christmas but there's just soo many out there I wouldn't know what to look for! All suggestions welcome!
I'll hopefully be back soon :)

    I use a guillotine (think that is how you spell it..lol..)..from x-cut..had it for 5 years now and it is brill...hope that is useful hun...!
